Membership Terms
This Membership Terms & Conditions Agreement (the Agreement) is effective June 07, 2023 by and between BestieFinder, LLC, the owners and operators of BestieFinder Network & Community, (hereinafter referred to as “Community, we, us”), accessed via https://bestiefinder.net with a business address of 3729 Main Street, College Park, Georgia 30337, and all current and future members of BestieFinder Network & Community hereinafter referred to as “Member, you, your”.
By accessing, browsing or using the https://bestiefinder.net website or by selecting I Accept during the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Membership Terms hereinafter referred to as Agreement.
Nature of the Service
The Community is a private social network facilitating the exchange of personal information between people. This socialization shall include reading the profile pages of other members and possibly even contacting them. The Community provides to its members benefits such as but not exclusive to: personal and professional development, social and business networking, one-to-one and group coaching sessions. The Community works like an online community of internet users.
User Registration and Information
Member shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Registration form on the site. Member shall be required to promptly update the User Information on the site. Member shall select a username and password during the User Registration process. Member shall be responsible for: a) all use of the Site made by the Member’s username and password, and b) maintaining the confidentiality of the Member’s username and password.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Membership in the Community is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews every thirty days, starting from the end of the free trial period.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless the you cancel your subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following details of paid monthly subscriptions:
- Subscription renewals are automatically processed monthly. The subscription renewal will continue and remain valid indefinitely unless the subscription is cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on the BestieFinder.net website.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be downgraded to our free subscription level at the end of your billing cycle.
Your subscription renewal rate will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal rate is lower than the current listed price for your membership level, the lower monthly renewal rate may no longer be available to you.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your selected membership level. We may not apply older or legacy pricing to your new subscription purchase.
If you choose to cancel your subscription your paid membership will expire at the end of that billing cycle, and you will lose access to any benefits exclusive to paid memberships.
Price Changes
BestieFinder, LLC, reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a membership subscription without prior notice or consent. Prices of all membership levels are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Refund Policy
Paid memberships provide immediate access to exclusive content and amenities and as such are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account dashboard.
Member-Generated Content
The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by the members of the Community. Member of the Community is deemed to grant the Community the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify the Content in connection with the operation of the Site and the Community’s business. Further, the Member is deemed to grant the Community the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and sell the Content within the limitations set by the Member during the online publishing process. Member is also deemed to authorize the Community to disclose his/her personal data when the Member includes such personal data in the content.
All content found on the public pages of this site and published throughout the member-only network including images and any other information is property of BestieFinder, LLC and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
Release
If You have a dispute with one or more other Members, you release the Community (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
BestieFinder, LLC, may occasionally send you emails related to your membership purchase and related events. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to events, promotions, and program updates. We will never sell or release your email to any third-party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
Privacy
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. We will store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, the Community will be permitted to access and modify Member information.
Indemnity
Member shall indemnify and hold the Community (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s breach of this Agreement, or Member’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Terminating Membership
You may choose to retire or delete the published content from the Community’s site and it shall be no longer available or visible to other visitors. Terms regarding the status of the uploaded content shall remain applicable when the Member chooses to terminate the membership. Contents posted to the site, other than the published content, shall not be deleted or retired as a result of the Members termination.
BestieFinder, LLC may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Paid Memberships Pro account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Arbitration.
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Limitation of Liability
Member shall not hold Community responsible for other user Member’s content, actions or inactions.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
